UP for Learning will plan and facilitate 4 half day training sessions and 4 hour-long in-school meetings to engage a team of 15-20 4th and 5th grade students and 2-3 adults in exploring topics such as community, belonging, values, leadership, restorative practices and facilitation as they align with identified school and district priorities.

Colchester High School Social Justice/Clubs will have full day retreats for students that are a part of the Social Justice Alliances and other youth organizations to build their capacity as leaders and facilitators of change, develop clear youth participatory action research projects, and advance the needed actions to bring about these changes.
